We remain committed to the safety and well being of both our clients and team members. We continue to monitor the changing status of the COVID-19 pandemic and adjust our processes accordingly. The following are highlights of our plan to continually adapt to the pandemic, maintain as much of a business as usual approach, and protect our employees, customers, and colleagues.
Health & Safety
We are monitoring and complying with the policies and recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local government safety mandates.
Staffing
Remote-working protocols and customer service coverage plans have been defined and are in place for all of OID's team members to help minimize the impact to our customers.
Meetings/Customer & Showroom Visits
While we are leveraging technology and video conferencing for meetings when possible, we are currently allowing showroom visits on a by-appointment basis and asking that all visitors comply with our safety protocols. This includes using hand sanitizer, wearing a mask and social distancing as able. Account managers are conducting onsite visits and meetings if needed, and will observe these same precautions.
Products & Services
We plan to continue providing the excellent products and services you’ve come to expect from us. We are regularly meeting with our key partners to discuss their capacity or restrictions and how those dynamics might impact supply chains, manufacturing, shipping, and installation. We are working closely with all clients to establish desired dates and contingency plans.

All of our installation partners have additional Covid-19 protocols in place for their team members, and at minimum will practice mask wearing, hand washing and social distancing as best as they can while performing installation work.
