When a company is looking into their employees wellbeing, ergonomic considerations are the main concern. The concern lies on the user and their physical comfort, along with how comfortable they feel in the office. However, wellbeing within the office can mean much more than physical comfort. It involves many aspects including cultural considerations, purpose driven communication, and the right space for users to engage in. 

It is important that wellbeing involves aspects as simple as making sure that people understand their job, and allowing them to have a sense of purpose within the workplace. Communication within the office can drive the bond between workers. The workplace should offer a wide range of spaces that accompanies individual work, work within groups, or large conference meetings, allowing the user to choose their level of interference which gives them the opportunity to work privately, or open to collaboration.
